OVERVIEW OF TASK/GOAL/OBJECTIVE PLANNING SESSION
The term, Objective, is used to designate the major Professional, Family, Health, Educational, Financial, Spiritual states you want to aim for.
Success Creed is the clear and concise statement of your Compelling Reasons for wanting to reach this Objective. You will return to this for cognitive reinforcement any time your resolve wavers.
Goals, is the term used to describe the intermediate steps you must reach on the way to your Objective. Goals are by their nature more easily attainable and less overwhelming than Objectives.
Tasks, are the immediate and specific Actions (leading to a particular Goal) you commit to achieving in the set period of time between coaching sessions.
Timetable, is the period of time you set yourself for achieving a specific group of Tasks or for reaching a specific Goal.
